The Leman Automotive Group is one of the largest volume automotive groups in Central Illinois. We have been family owned since 1963 with 10 dealerships across Central Illinois. We are a premier family owned automotive group. We employ almost 600 talented individuals and just celebrated 60 years in business! Our accounting offices are growing! We are looking to add individuals in Bloomington that are looking for a career home to grow and engage there skills. Responsibilities:

• Tax payments
• Title assignments
• Vehicle registrations
• Dealer trade paper work
• Monthly statement reconciliation
• Reconciliation of monthly entries
• Stock in of new and used vehicles
• Process out of state sales paperwork
• Desire to be cross trained to assist other office individuals
• Willingness to pick up accounting projects the office manager may assign
• General office duties such as filing paperwork, stocking supplies, scanning and organizing

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year automotive titling experience
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills
• Must be friendly with a positive professional attitude
• Patience for talking on the phone and answering customer questions
• Committed to customer service and satisfaction while being able to defuse negative situations positively
• The ability to multitask, follow direction, be open to change, work effectively under pressure and independently.
• Candidates must be reliable and must report to work every day on time • General dealership understanding is a required
• Background experience in dealership office
• Experience using CDK, CVR, ATC, Dealertrack and Microsoft products
• Knowledge with McDavid products and the State of Illinois dealership compliance is also preferred
