About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations & Analytics to lead a team dedicated to donor data insights, CRM oversight, and revenue analysis. The VP will also be instrumental in integrating the inventory management system with the CRM and will work closely with key stakeholders to align all functions and deliver on the organization's donor promise. Candidates for the VP position must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years' experience in revenue operations or strategic fundraising leadership. The role requires proven expertise in CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and a strong ability to analyze donor data for strategic decision-making. Exceptional leadership skills, extensive knowledge of philanthropy best practices, and experience in advanced data techniques are essential. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, adaptable, and collaborative leader, with a focus on driving revenue growth and enhancing the donor experience.
