Position Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to oversee our digital marketing presence, website updates, and mobile app design. This role combines design expertise with marketing sensibility to create compelling, conversion-focused digital experiences across our web and mobile platforms. You'll play a key role in shaping both our marketing initiatives and the ongoing development of our mobile app, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience across all digital touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of website and mobile app updates, promotional campaigns, and marketing announcements Create and maintain cohesive visual designs across all digital platforms Design responsive layouts for promotional content, landing pages, and marketing materials Collaborate with marketing team to translate campaign objectives into effective visual solutions Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints Optimize user journeys and conversion paths for promotional content Create compelling visual assets for email campaigns, social media, and web promotions Conduct user research and A/B testing to optimize design solutions Maintain and update design systems and style guides Monitor website performance and user behavior to inform design decisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Media, Cognitive Science or related field Experience in UI/UX design, preferably in e-commerce or health/wellness industry Strong portfolio demonstrating web design and digital marketing projects Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches Understanding of web design principles, typography, color theory and WCAG accessibility standards Knowledge of current design trends and best practices Experience with HTML/CSS and basic understanding of web technologies Strong communication and presentation skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in health, wellness, or supplement industry Knowledge of SEO best practices and their impact on design Experience with email and website marketing design Understanding of e-commerce platforms and CMS systems Background in conversion rate optimization (CRO) Experience with animation and interactive design Required Skills Strong visual design skills with attention to detail Excellent project management and organizational abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving skills Capacity to handle multiple projects and deadlines Data-driven approach to design decisions What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan with company match Professional development opportunities Weekly team lunches Employee discount on Cymbiotika products Collaborative and innovative work environment How to Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio through this job posting platform.
