As a Title Clerk you will be responsible for handling various title duties with meticulous attention to detail and efficiency. JOB TITLE: Title Clerk REPORTS TO: Office Manager LOCATION: Cincinnati, OH

A SHORT LIST OF YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Processing MSOs (Manufacturer's Statement of Origin) and Titles of new and pre-owned vehicles to the Title Department
• Handling license plate issues and transfers efficiently and accurately
• Submitting all required information to the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for processing
• Completing any additional responsibilities assigned by your supervisor
• Demonstrating excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Effectively organizing and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced and high-volume environment

WE’RE LOOKING FOR A SELF-STARTER WHO MEETS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
• 1+ year of title processing or clerical experience
• Knowledge of DMV/title regulations and vehicle registration
• Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
• Proficient in office software and dealership systems
• Excellent communication and time management
