Job Summary Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join our Capitol Hill Medical Center Occupational Medicine team in Seattle, Washington. Previous experience in Occupational Medicine, Orthopedics, or Urgent Care is preferred but not required. You will work in a dedicated Occupational Medicine clinic within the medical center, spending approximately 85% of your time providing workers' compensation injury care and 15% on employer exams. The clinic schedules appointments with an average of 16 to 18 patients per day. Capitol Hill Campus is a multispecialty medical center with on-site Lab, Radiology, and Pharmacy. Office hours are 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday, with Urgent Care open 24/7. All clinicians and employees must verify COVID-19 vaccination status as a condition of employment. Verification is required before starting work, with accommodations available for religious or medical reasons. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this position is $128,619 to $151,317, prorated based on FTE. New hires will be placed between $128,619 and $143,751, depending on education, training, or experience. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance; enrollment in the company's 401(k) plan with employer contributions; a cash balance pension plan; four weeks of paid vacation annually; eight paid holidays; and funding for continuing medical education leave.
