The Role: Oversee the table games dealers in the pit area. Assists in planning, organizing, and overseeing all functions required to ensure table games operations are executed in a cost effective and profitable manner.
Responsibilities: - Provides superior levels of guest service to both internal and external guests.
- Consistently welcoming guests, thanking them for their patronage, seeking ways to make them comfortable and expressing your desire to have them return.
- Maintaining constant awareness of services, promotions, and events offered at the facility and informs guests.
- Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
- Maintain security of all games, monies and personnel.
Qualifications: High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
