The Role The Senior Project Manager (SPM) is responsible for managing projects within the Bally's Chicago Casino and Entertainment complex. This includes interacting with stakeholders such as architects, engineers, contractors, and Bally's management. Key duties involve developing, monitoring, and ensuring compliance with project schedules, budgets, quality standards, and design guidelines. Responsibilities Manage all phases of project development from design to completion Develop and adhere to budgets, schedules, and quality control plans Collaborate with design professionals including architects and engineers Coordinate with regulatory agencies such as the City of Chicago and Illinois Gaming Board Ensure compliance with local, state, and national building codes Utilize project management software effectively Work closely with contractors and subcontractors Maintain detailed project records and provide periodic reports Identify and resolve issues proactively Ensure safety standards are upheld on-site Review and validate change orders and project billing Perform other duties as assigned Competencies Construction management expertise Strong communication skills Knowledge of safety programs Financial monitoring and reporting skills Qualifications Minimum 10+ years of experience as an SPM 5+ years in a management role in the Chicago area (preferred) Casino industry experience highly encouraged Experience managing large projects ($100M+), especially in entertainment or hospitality Experience with fast-track projects preferred Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with project management software Strong organizational and financial skills Self-motivated Benefits Competitive salary with performance reviews Comprehensive health coverage (medical, dental, vision) 401(k) with company match Perks and childcare discounts Note: This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change at any time. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bally's Corporation
