  • Serve as a strategic partner to account, creative, and analytics teams to ensure campaign integration
  • Act as both the planner and buyer on accounts where applicable, providing continuity from strategy through execution and post-launch optimizations.

Campaign Optimization and Performance Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and KPIs across all channels
  • Make proactive optimization recommendations based on in-flight results
  • Lead the development of post-campaign analyses and actionable insights for future planning

Work closely with vendors and internal teams to adjust media placements and budgets in real-time based on performance

Media Billing and Reconciliation

  • Manage monthly media billing processes in partnership with accounting and media teams.
  • Ensure accurate entry of budgets and planned media into internal systems.
  • Review and reconcile vendor invoices, actuals, and delivery reports.
  • Flag discrepancies and work with vendors to ensure proper billing and credits.
  • Maintain clear documentation for campaign budgets and changes.
  • Ensure all buying documentation and trafficking instructions are up to date and submitted accurately to support smooth campaign execution and financial reporting

You’ll Also Embody and Uphold Our Agency Values:
