Title: Senior Director of Manufacturing
Location: Southern California

Salary :$270,000-$300,000/year plus bonus

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources
• Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions
• Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as; assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 15+ years of manufacturing experience with 7-10years in a management role
• FDA GMP regulation experience
• Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge
