Position Summary: Unison Health is seeking a Program Manager to oversee the Mobile Crisis and Crisis Stabilization Unit in Bowling Green. This leadership role is responsible for the supervision of direct service staff, coordination of clinical operations, and ensuring compliance with agency, Mental Health Board, and State of Ohio guidelines. The Program Manager will collaborate both internally and externally to support effective crisis response services. Education & Experience Requirements: Master’s degree preferred, but not required RN, LISW, or LPCC required Supervisory designation for LPCC, LISW, or LICDC preferred Clinical experience in physical or mental health care required Supervisory experience preferred Experience with mental illness treatment, including counseling, assessments, case management, and crisis intervention Availability to support a 24/7/365 program, with primary hours Monday–Friday and rotating after-hours leadership responsibilities (including occasional in-person response) Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and make sound recommendations Valid driver’s license and insurability under the agency’s commercial liability policy (if role requires driving) Key Responsibilities: Provide selection, supervision, and evaluation of staff according to policy and licensure level Lead program development, compliance monitoring, and quality improvement efforts Conduct individual and group supervision in alignment with licensure and program requirements Deliver direct services when needed and maintain documentation Promote the program internally and externally to maintain adequate census Build and maintain community partnerships Follow Unison policies, procedures, and the Employee Handbook Serve as a Wood County Health Officer, providing training and coordination related to health officer responsibilities Coordinate staff schedules to meet clinical and operational needs Oversee onboarding, training, and ongoing competency development for team members Write, review, and update program policies and procedures Participate in internal and external committees and serve as site safety officer Complete assignments within designated timeframes Why Join Unison Health?
