Job Description

Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Software PV&V (Product Verification & Validation) Engineer to support the testing and validation of advanced electrical and mechatronic systems. This role will be fully onsite and involves hands-on work with lab equipment, troubleshooting systems, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and integrate product components for successful delivery to production.
• Execute product verification and validation (PV&V) activities for electrical, software, and mechatronic systems.
• Use lab equipment and data acquisition tools to conduct tests and analyze results.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose complex system-level issues across electrical, mechanical, and software domains.
• Collaborate with engineers from various disciplines to ensure robust system performance.
• Communicate test results and technical data clearly through reports and presentations.
• Follow structured processes and contribute to test documentation and standards.
• Support test schedule flexibility and occasional domestic travel (up to 15%).

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Prior experience with product design, development, testing, or integration leading to production.
• Proficient in the use of test lab equipment and data analysis tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated adaptability and quick learning ability.
• Internship or research experience in a relevant engineering field.
