HEB Wellness Primary Care was founded over a decade ago with the mission of improving the health of our Partners (employees) and helping all patients achieve their healthiest life possible. We proudly serve all Texans in over 13 outpatient clinics, ages 12 and up. Our Primary Care Physicians specialize in caring for the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of their patients and their families.
Our Primary Care Physicians are focused on delivering a holistic, patient-centered experience. They are equipped to diagnose and address a wide range of health concerns. Our physicians act as the quarterback of care, coordinating with specialists and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive treatment for each patient.
