Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Research Consultant, also known as a Physician Recruiter, to grow our Alpharetta, GA team. This is a highly interactive sales and recruiting opportunity where you'll partner with clients to identify and secure top-tier physician and advanced practice provider candidates. We're seeking a high-energy, competitive, and driven individual who is eager to elevate their recruiting career and thrive in a results-oriented environment. Essential Duties: Partner consultatively with clients to conduct searches and fill physician staffing needs Communicate regularly with clients regarding search activity Achieve productivity goals and metrics Call physicians to proactively source viable candidates Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of physician candidates Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities Travel overnight, 10-15% a year, to conduct onsite client profiles Requirements: Ability to work a hybrid schedule - minimum 4 days in office Bachelor's degree preferred 2+ years' experience in sales or recruitment preferred Excellent sourcing, cold calling, presentations, and negotiation skills a must Confident, energetic, and professional presence a must: ability to effectively build relationships with C-suite executives and physician candidates Interpersonal, strategic communication, and relationship-building skills a must Strong organizational and computer skills required, CRM proficiency a plus Stable employment history with verifiable references a must Why You'll Love It Here: Named a Top 100 Best Place to Work in Healthcare annually since 2016, Jackson Physician Search fosters a supportive, high-performance culture that celebrates individual and team achievements.
