Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Notary Public located in Apple Valley, CA. The Notary Public will be responsible for notarizing a variety of legal documents, preparing legal documents, and conducting research related to notarization and legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include verifying the identity of signatories, witnessing document signing, and maintaining accurate records of all notarial acts performed. Additionally, the Notary Public will assist with family law documents and ensure compliance with relevant legal standards. Qualifications Notary and Legal Document Preparation skills Experience in Family Law Research skills Knowledge in Law and related legal standards Strong attention to detail and accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work on-site in Apple Valley, CA Previous experience as a Notary Public is preferred Certification as a Notary Public in the state of California
