About the Role
As our Motion Graphics Designer, you will play an integral part in the creative process from concept to development to execution. You will support our creative team in the design of motion graphics for a variety of projects across multiple channels, including awareness, conversion marketing, brand campaigns, and more continuously finding ways to push our approach to animation to the next level. You will collaborate with our marketing and product teams to produce work that aligns with our brand and resonates with our audience.

This position is hybrid and reports into the Lovesac Corporate HUB based in Stamford, CT. It consists of a mostly remote work schedule however requires travel as needed for in-person meetings and required company events.

Candidates must fully reside in the United States at all times during employment and should have the ability to travel as needed.

What Youll Do

  • Work closely with Art Directors, and Copywriters to help create marketing solutions that reflect the Lovesac visual sensibility.
  • Design and produce high-quality motion graphics for video content, social media and digital adverting.
  • Edit and assemble video content as needed, adding motion effects and audio syncing.
  • Keep current of emerging design and motion trends, with a particular focus on DTC advertising.
  • Manage multiple projects, deliver on time, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Projects include- Direct to consumer advertising, video editing, digital banners, email templates and social media graphics.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties for this role as requested by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • Must have a minimum of 1-3 years experience in art, graphic design and motion graphics.
  • A portfolio that showcases a variety of design skills, with an emphasis on thoughtful, conceptual design and typographical excellence.
  • Strong proficiency in of Adobe Creative Suite, with a particular focus on After Effects, Photoshop, and Premier/Final Cut.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Exemplify each of our Lovesac values, at all times, be results driven and utilize knowledge to meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), goals and deadlines.
  • Must be able to travel using various forms of transportation, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, for mandatory meetings and conferences held either at our offices or offsite (i.e. quarterly team connection weeks, companywide meetings, vendor visits).
