Our Marketing team is looking for a driven Marketing Specialist to help us bring our ideas to life and create memorable experiences for our global customers. If you’re creative, organized and want to develop your skills in a dynamic team, we’d love to meet you! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Tradeshows and Events: Assist with planning, logistics, vendor management and communications for regional and global events. Campaign Management: Support the product marketing team with campaign setup, testing, execution and reporting using our marketing automation platform. These programs include a biweekly thought-leadership newsletter and multiple product campaigns each month. Marketing Data Management: Maintain databases and marketing lists to ensure data integrity and segmentation accuracy. Produce reports as needed in our CRM system. Social Media: Support social media programs, including running daily social channels and efforts to increase social media engagement 1 - 3 years of experience in event planning or event support strongly preferred At least one year of experience in a Marketing support role. Social media experience, including familiarity with LinkedIn, X, Facebook and YouTube, etc. Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Marketing. Desired Skills And Experience High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a strong desire to learn. Rigorous attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Strong writing and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team effort. Strong MS Office applications skills to include Word, Excel, and Outlook.
