Must possess a current US Passport with the ability to travel and work overseas. Security and Clearance Requirements: Must meet COMSEC briefing and Local Element management certification requirements as per OPNAVINST 2201.4, DoD Instruction 8523.01, and Air Force Manual 17-1301. Must complete an in-scope, favorable ST5 investigation (including SBPR, PPR, T5R, or current enrollment in the DoD CE/CV program), adjudicated for SCI eligibility by the DoD CAF without conditions, and maintain this level of security for the duration of the contract. Must possess a TS/SCI Security Clearance. Experience Required: Expert proficiency in Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) level and component level exercise planning. Experience with MARCENT G-4 SOPs, checklists, policies, orders, and directives. Minimum of ten years military experience. Job Objective: The MARCENT Exercise Logistics Planner will support US Marine Corps Forces, Central Command (MARCENT) and its subordinate commands under a five-year contract. The role involves providing professional services at MacDill AFB, Florida, supporting the Logistics Directorate (G-4) both within the US and OCONUS. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating deployment, sustainment, and redeployment support for Marine forces, ensuring equipment accountability, and developing deployment strategies. Responsibilities: Provide expert-level GCC and component exercise planning. Develop comprehensive logistics plans integrating input from multiple support activities. Review and support exercise logistics plans, provide recommendations, and ensure plans meet mission requirements. Coordinate with HQMC, CENTCOM, and other military staff. Review exercise documents and contribute to the Master Scenario Event List (MSEL). Assist in achieving training objectives and developing SOPs, checklists, policies, and directives based on lessons learned. Education & Certification: Current US Passport with ability to travel overseas. Support projected travel to various countries within CENTCOM AOR, including Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Egypt, France, Germany, UK, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Iraq, Israel, Afghanistan, Syria, Lebanon, Yemen, Pakistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, Djibouti, Cyprus, Turkey, Italy, Greece.
