Job Description
We are seeking Experienced House Cleaners with a Driver's License in good standing for an immediate position for a DFW Residential Maid Company (Molly Maid) to join our fabulous, fast growing team!
We will train you and provide all of the customer information, company cars, equipment and necessary tools to WOW each customers home on a daily basis. After a brief training period, you will work on a two person team and earn great commissions! Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years residential cleaning experience. We provide a company car during work hours and all necessary tools to provide a satisfactory service! You are required to have reliable transportation to and from our office.
Responsibilities: Qualifications:
*PAID WEEKLY commission job ($550-800+ AND tips after training) Pay is based off your efficiency!
*PAID WEEKLY BONUSES TO DRIVERS
*Paid hourly during training ($15/hr for drivers and $13/hr for non-drivers)
*Night and weekends off; Holiday and Paid vacations (arrive to work M-F between 7:30/7:45am and usually off by 5pm; sometimes later or earlier - depends if its a Holiday week and/or your flexibility and interested in having OT as we have commercial customers that require early mornings/evening cleanings)
