As the Executive Director (ED) at Iuditas Memory Care, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the overall operations and leadership of our senior housing community, which specializes in caring for individuals with dementia. You will be responsible for guiding our marketing efforts and ensuring financial performance aligns with our mission. This role is focused on delivering the highest quality of care and services, emphasizing operational excellence and regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will lead staff development initiatives to foster a professional and high-performing team, all while prioritizing resident satisfaction. To excel as the Executive Director at Iuditas Memory Care, a robust skill set is essential. A bachelor's degree in healthcare management or a related field is preferred, alongside a current administrator license/certificate and CPR certification. Candidates should possess three or more years of leadership or managerial experience, ideally within an Administrator role, showcasing a track record of progressive responsibility. Familiarity with federal and state regulations governing healthcare, assisted living, and Memory Endorsed communities is crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, and Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), is required for effective communication and documentation.
Strong writing and communication skills will enable you to engage with staff, residents, and management effectively. Additionally, excellent multitasking and data analysis abilities are necessary, along with a collaborative spirit to thrive in a team-oriented environment. A successful background in project management will enhance operational processes, and adaptability in a dynamic work setting is key.
