Work Location & Requirements ON-SITE 5 DAYS A WEEK (non-negotiable) Key Responsibilities Use extensive knowledge of the Executive's priorities and business practices to respond to daily issues and requests. Manage complex electronic calendars, schedule and reschedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with minimal input from the Executive. Conduct special research and data analysis, and prepare reports and recommendations. Prepare information for discussions and meetings, with limited supervision. Make high-level contacts inside and outside the company, with limited supervision. Organize and manage daily mail and requests on behalf of the Executive, including delegating correspondence as needed. Draft and reply to correspondence on behalf of the Executive as authorized. Qualifications & Skills Demonstrate expertise in own discipline with basic knowledge of related disciplines. Understand best practices and how own area integrates with others; aware of market competition. Act as a resource and potentially lead small projects with manageable risks. Solve complex problems with new perspectives, exercising judgment based on multiple information sources. Impact customer, operational, and project activities within and across teams. Explain difficult or sensitive information and work to build consensus.
