Canvassers average $40+ per hour (once fully trained)
We have two teams in the valley; one located in Tempe on ASU campus and one in Downtown Phoenix.

Role & Responsibilities
As a
Canvasser , youll be the front line, helping homeowners see the potential in their home upgrades (specifically their roofs). Youll connect with people and set up appointments for our in-home inspectors. PLUS, youll have the most state of the art technology available to catapult you in your goals!
The day-to-day:
- Scout New Opportunities: Identify homes with visibly bad roofs that need replacing and make the first connection.
- Communicate Like a Pro: Learn to articulate with confidence! Master your negotiating skill while making sure homeowners understand the value of what we offer.
- Team Up with Sales Reps: Work closely with our in-home sales team to schedule appointments, making the handoff smooth and seamless.
- Be Respectful & Personable: Keep it realapproachable, professional, and looking sharp.
- Stay Resilient: Rejection is part of the game, but youll keep a positive attitude and a professional edge, no matter what.
