Canvassers average $40+ per hour (once fully trained)

We have two teams in the valley; one located in Tempe on ASU campus and one in Downtown Phoenix.

As a Canvasser , you’ll be the front line, helping homeowners see the potential in their home upgrades (specifically their roofs). You’ll connect with people and set up appointments for our in-home inspectors. PLUS, you’ll have the most state of the art technology available to catapult you in your goals!

The day-to-day:

• Scout New Opportunities: Identify homes with visibly bad roofs that need replacing and make the first connection.
• Communicate Like a Pro: Learn to articulate with confidence! Master your negotiating skill while making sure homeowners understand the value of what we offer.
• Team Up with Sales Reps: Work closely with our in-home sales team to schedule appointments, making the handoff smooth and seamless.
• Be Respectful & Personable: Keep it real—approachable, professional, and looking sharp.
• Stay Resilient: Rejection is part of the game, but you’ll keep a positive attitude and a professional edge, no matter what.

• People-Person: You’re great at connecting with others and know how to handle objections like a pro.
• Resilient: Door knocking isn’t for everyone. You love a challenge and thrive in a fast-paced environment and can handle out doors.

• Get Paid, Get Moving: $18/hr base + 1-3% commission on every sale. Hit your goals and you’ll be making serious cash while working part-time hours.
• Career Fast Track: This is just the start. In 3-6 months, you could be a team lead or learning to close deals and earn big. No glass ceilings here—just wide-open opportunities.
• Work Smarter, Not Harder: Full-time pay on part-time hours. With flexible scheduling, you can work as little as three days and still hit those goals.
