Ziggy’s is seeking an experienced Door person/Security. This person will guard, patrol, and/or monitor the venue premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules. May operate metal detector equipment. We are looking for individuals with at least 2 years of relevant work experience within a busy restaurant or bar environment is preferred. Experience with ID checks, bar security, AZ liquor laws is a must. Stardust Pinbar is a speakeasy behind Ziggy's Pizza with pinball machines, a light up dance floor and DJs. You must be guest-focused, patient, and have a great attitude. A sense of urgency, excellent communication skills, and an ability to stay organized and calm are a requirement. Weekend availability required. Set schedules offered. Responsibilities include checking IDs and ensuring compliance with Arizona Liquor laws, ensuring safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets, conducting patrols regularly, responding to security and safety calls timely, maintaining exemplary conduct and appearance, complying with department standards and policies, investigating and compiling incident reports, completing assigned tasks within deadlines, and interacting courteously and professionally with patrons, vendors, and employees.
