Base pay range $150,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr The greatest brand in the world is searching for a Multi Unit Director of Operations / Dual Store Executive Director to manage operations for two high volume restaurants in the SW Texas Region. We don't often look for external talent, but once in a while we do. You will be responsible for restaurant operations in two restaurants and supporting a premier owner / operator. You must be willing to relocate to the SW Texas Region. A very tenured work history is required and experience running a high volume QSR Operation is required. Prior Chic-Fil-A experience is highly desired and or a basic understanding of the Chic-fil-a brand, it's core values, and a passion for your team and your guests is also required. Salary is negotiable but around 150k plus significant incentive compensation opportunity to help grow the business and deliver upon goals set by the Operator and the Chic Fil A Brand.
