We are hiring a Director for our Risk and Compliance Services practice, focusing on National Security Advisory services. This team provides risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise. Note: This role is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to offices or client sites. What it Means to Work for EisnerAmper Be part of a large, fast-growing accounting and advisory firm Enjoy flexible work arrangements supporting work/life balance Join a culture recognized with multiple 'Places to Work' awards Responsibilities include Monitoring and auditing mitigation agreements related to national security; NSA experience is a plus Maintaining client relationships and tailoring engagement strategies Leading client engagements, developing strategies, and managing teams Managing priorities, budgets, and workload while mentoring staff Business development, including identifying new opportunities and preparing proposals Ensuring work scope aligns with USG National Security interests Analyzing company mitigation of national security risks and interacting with external counsel and agencies Assessing clients’ national security posture, compliance with frameworks like NSAs, SCAs, NIST, COSO Developing NSA compliance policies, security plans, and POAMs Occasional extended hours or travel may be required Basic Qualifications 15+ years cybersecurity experience Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field CISSP/CISM or equivalent security certification 10+ years working with USG agencies, preferably FBI or similar Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree or J.D. in related fields Strong knowledge of NIST and ISMS frameworks Willingness to travel domestically/overseas 10-25% Knowledge of advanced security technologies and solutions We are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion.
