This position is for one class A, life sciences-focused commercial property (bio-medical research as opposed to office or industrial) to start. Another similar project will eventually come online right next door and this position will take on that entity as well once construction completes. Construction has not yet started and timeline for completion after starting is over a year. The client is a world-class institutional investor and a tier 1 strategic client for the company. We operate in four markets with this client currently, so there is a national team deployed to work strategically in an effort to deliver excellent service. There are multiple accountants engaged with the client in different markets, so there will be support for the candidate who fills this position in addition to the accounting manager that they will work with directly. This position will report to the General Manager onsite with an indirect reporting line to their assigned accounting manager. Client requires extensive reporting on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis. The candidate will have access to the brand new, state of the art fitness center onsite as well as free parking.
