#### Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online and Bill.com.
- Reconcile bank accounts, process invoices, and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with month-end and year-end close processes.
- Work directly with small business owners to keep their financial records up to date.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies with strong problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with internal team members to provide seamless client service.
- Process and record payroll using ADP and other providers.

#### What You Bring
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a small business setting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Excel, and Google Apps.
- Ability to work remotely while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client collaboration.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks.
