Join Our Team as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Mandarin at Triumph Behavior Support We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate BCBA to join Triumph, a Tri-state ABA therapy provider serving children and young adults with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience in behavioral therapy, working with children with developmental disabilities, and fluency in Mandarin. About Triumph Triumph utilizes clinically proven ABA techniques to develop personalized treatment plans that help reveal each child's potential. Our team of BCBAs, BTs, and clinicians work cohesively to deliver effective care. Role Responsibilities Conduct diagnostic evaluations and develop individualized behavior intervention plans. Collaborate with families, educators, and professionals for holistic care. Maintain accurate records and document client progress. Provide staff training on behavioral strategies. Analyze data to monitor and adjust interventions. Advocate for clients in educational and community settings. Job Requirements Fluency in Mandarin NY State LBA and BCBA certification Experience with children with developmental disabilities Strong understanding of behavioral health terminology Proficiency in data collection and analysis Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and in teams Passion for evidence-based behavioral practices Additional Information Part-time, 10-25 hours/week, flexible schedule, mostly after 3 pm on weekdays and some weekends.
